In this crucial role, you will be expected to provide financial insights that support sales and gross margin strategies. Collaborating with different teams, you’ll gain an understanding of business metrics while conducting deep-dive variance analyses. You will also oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure financial alignment with corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various teams to build sales and margin budgets

• Conduct thorough analyses of gross margin components

• Analyze variances against budgets and forecasts

• Provide insights to challenge and improve forecasts

• Enhance gross margin reporting tools and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance

• 3-5 years in FP&A within a fast-paced environment

• Strong business fundamentals and financial analytical skills

• High proficiency in Excel and FP&A systems

• Fluent in English and French
