As a Financial Analyst (Underwriter I), you will play an instrumental role in our Contract Surety team. This position requires you to analyze financial risks and the operational viability of contractors seeking surety bonds. Your strong interpersonal and analytical skills will help you build lasting relationships with brokers and clients, all while promoting profitable underwriting decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of contract surety accounts

• Analyze underwriting data and perform financial assessments

• Recommend approval of surety facilities

• Build partnerships with brokers and clients

• Assist in preparing special acceptances for reinsurers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or finance

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Strong understanding of financial statements

• Excellent communication and analytical skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
