Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: Montreal

Elevate organizational insights as the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, reporting to the Director of FP&A. You'll be the linchpin for financial reporting and strategic evaluation across departments.

This role demands a seasoned finance professional with the acumen to lead enterprise financial forecasts and deliver executive-level reporting. Leveraging your expertise in advanced financial modeling, you will assess risks, provide strategic insights, and challenge existing assumptions. Your leadership will set high standards for reporting quality and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage enterprise-wide financial planning and reporting processes

• Prepare materials for Board and executive scrutiny

• Deliver insights that enhance financial strategy

• Develop driver-based financial models to support forecasting

• Synthesize complex financial data into actionable messages

Requirements:

• University degree, Bachelor's or equivalent

• 8-10+ years in finance roles, FP&A preferred

• Minimum 1 year in a leadership role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently
