- Influence decisions, strategic directions, and risk management initiatives in a context of process transformation, organizational evolution, and business growth.
- Produce Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), coordinate monthly and quarterly governance meetings, and prepare documentation for executive committees and Boards of Directors.
- Conduct Operational Risk Assessments (ORAs), document and reconcile operational events, formulate recommendations, and oversee the implementation of action plans to mitigate risks.

The National Bank Trust sector brings together specialists who work in an agile, proactive, and collaborative manner to support business growth, strengthen risk management practices, and drive continuous process improvement.
Within the Strategy, Risk and Growth sector, you will join a team of more than 20 colleagues, including a group of three risk management specialists, and report to the Head of Strategy, Risk and Growth. Our team stands out through its diverse expertise, agility, and strategic role in supporting a wide range of business partners.
