  • Conduct in‑depth assessments of client objectives, risk tolerance, time horizon, and preferences to inform portfolio construction.
  • Monitor, rebalance, and review portfolios to ensure ongoing alignment with client needs and market conditions.

  • CFA charter holder and/or CIM designation required.
  • Current registration as an Advising Representative in good standing with the Ontario Securities Commission or another provincial securities regulator.
  • In‑depth knowledge of the Canadian investment landscape, capital markets, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to gain the trust of sophisticated investors.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and growing assets under management.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and synthesizing investment strategies.
  • Professional presence with strong presentation and client‑facing capabilities.
  • A collaborative team player and independent self‑starter with a commitment to excellence.
