Drive positive change in real estate as a Hybrid Bilingual Underwriter with CMHC. This role focuses on analyzing multi-unit mortgage insurance applications and requires strong financial acumen.
As a member of the Insurance and Securitization team, you'll assess applications for properties of 5 to 24 units. Leveraging analytical skills, you’ll craft tailored recommendations while ensuring compliance and establishing solid client relationships in the process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed risk assessments for multi-unit properties
• Analyze financial and market data effectively
• Review and assess property appraisals
• Provide risk recommendations based on sound judgment
• Collaborate to optimize service standards and outcomes
Requirements:
• Degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum three years of relevant experience
• Advanced financial analysis abilities
• Bilingual in French and English
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently
