Bring your financial acumen to State Street as a Senior Associate, Security Valuation. This role is pivotal in executing daily evaluations and enhancing team performance.

As part of the Securities Valuation unit, you will ensure the timely execution of market valuations for various clients. Your focus will be on improving efficiency and teamwork while guiding junior staff through mentoring. The position requires a strong grasp of securities and market anomalies, allowing you to address and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily preparation of valuation reports

• Review portfolio market valuations for accuracy

• Identify and correct pricing discrepancies

• Provide coaching to team members

• Support ongoing pricing operations globally

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in finance or accounting

• At least 2 years in pricing or custody operations

• Familiarity with complex securities markets

• Strong problem-solving and analysis capabilities

• Essential computer skills, especially in Excel
