As a Senior Manager reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a crucial role in enhancing GDI's financial health. You will manage a team of 3 to 4 FP&A Analysts, focusing on simplifying financial reporting and ensuring that all plans align with GDI's business strategies. Your leadership will influence financial performance and operational recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the annual budgeting and forecasting activities

• Provide strategic financial advice and insights for decision-making

• Mentor and coach team members to elevate their capabilities

• Create and deliver impactful presentations for board meetings

• Conduct financial due diligence for corporate expansions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree; advanced finance qualifications desired

• 7-10 years in finance roles, 5 or more in managerial capacity

• Experience with AI-driven financial tools and implementations

• Retail finance background is preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English for effective collaboration
