Associate Director in Mid-Market Finance

Location: Montreal

Elevate your finance career with RBC as an Associate Director focused on Mid-Market Leveraged Finance. This role involves orchestrating lending operations and client account management for Private Equity clients.

Reporting to a Senior Director, you will play a crucial role in managing senior leveraged loans and conducting in-depth financial analysis to support lending decisions. Your growing knowledge of finance will directly impact the success of client relationships and contribute to the overall objectives of the Corporate Client Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financing for private equity sponsored companies

• Prepare presentations for risk management and client pitches

• Conduct detailed financial modeling and due diligence

• Foster relationships within Capital Markets and CCG

• Analyze financial performance and strategic objectives

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in English and French

• Degree in Business or a related discipline

• 2-5 years of experience in finance or lending

• Strong financial modeling skills

• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
