Join Walter Surface Technologies as an FP&A Manager and take charge of financial planning and analysis in Pointe-Claire, QC. Lead strategic initiatives to enhance profitability and business performance.

This role requires a proficient professional to report directly to the Director of M&A and Strategic Finance. You will manage budgeting processes, analyze key financial results, and help make informed decisions through effective communication and collaboration. Your insights will drive improvements in our FP&A tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate monthly financial results versus budgets

• Draft MD&A and financial reports for executives

• Collaborate as a business partner for Management

• Supervise FP&A processes in commercial organization

• Coordinate annual budgeting with various units

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting, or related field

• At least 5 years of relevant FP&A experience

• Bilingual (English and French)

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• CPA or CFA designation is a plus
