Job Description
The Senior Manager, Treasury is responsible for the day‑to‑day execution and oversight of the company’s treasury activities, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, banking administration, and financial risk support.
What you’re responsible for:
Cash Management & Forecasting
Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, and short‑term liquidity needsPrepare and maintain weekly and monthly cash-flow forecastsMonitor working capital movements and escalate risks or shortfalls as neededSupport intercompany funding and cash movementsBanking & Treasury Operations
Administer bank accounts, signatories, mandates, and online banking accessAct as a primary operational contact for banking partners on routine mattersReview bank fees, investigate discrepancies, and support cost optimizationSupport banking documentation, renewals, and compliance requirementsRisk Management Support
Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures and report variancesExecute hedging transactions under established policies and approvalsTrack compliance with treasury policies and internal controlsReporting, Controls & Compliance
Prepare treasury reports for Finance leadership, including cash, debt, and risk metricsSupport audits, internal controls, and SOX or compliance testing (if applicable)Maintain treasury documentation, policies, and proceduresSystems & Process Improvement
Operate and maintain treasury management systems (TMS), banking platforms, and reporting toolsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes, improve visibility, and strengthen controlsParticipate in system enhancements, implementations, or upgrades as requiredCollaboration & Leadership
Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, AP/AR, Tax, and Legal teamsProvide guidance and informal mentoring to junior finance staff as neededServe as a trusted treasury subject‑matter expert within FinanceQualifications

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field6–9 years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, cash management, or corporate financeStrong understanding of cash forecasting, bank operations, and treasury controlsExperience working with multiple banking partners and financial instrumentsAdvanced Excel skills and comfort with financial analysisKey Competencies
Hands‑on, execution‑focused, and detail‑orientedStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to manage priorities independently and meet tight deadlinesClear communicator with strong cross‑functional collaboration skillsProfessional maturity and sound judgment when dealing with financial riskAdditional Information
