Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Consultant to help clients modernize their finance processes, operating models, and technology solutions
. The role will work closely with Finance leadership to optimize operations, improve performance, and deliver large-scale transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate should be interested in being part of the Montreal office team and comfortable working onsite when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Finance transformation projects across clients and industries.

  • Assess and optimize financial processes including financial close, consolidation, budgeting, and management reporting
    .

  • Facilitate workshops to document and analyze key finance processes.

  • Develop strategic recommendations to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.

  • Support the selection and implementation of finance technology solutions
    .

  • Perform financial analysis, financial modeling, and profitability assessments.

  • Develop and present executive-level deliverables and recommendations.

  • Advise clients on financial management, governance, and organizational transformation best practices.

  • Contribute to service offering development and business development activities.

Required Skills & Experience
  • CPA designation or in progress
    .

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, or finance transformation.

  • Proven experience in finance process improvement and transformation
    .

  • Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and IFRS and/or ASPE
    .

  • Experience with budgeting, financial statements, financial performance management, and financial modeling.

  • Ability to translate business needs into practical, strategic solutions.

  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and executive presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple engagements and work with executive-level stakeholders.

  • French and English bilingualism strongly preferred.
