Saint M2 located in Old Montreal, is currently looking for an evening and night concierge for its rental building. Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we need!

Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :

• Maintain the lobby, hallways and common areas of the building
• Ensure that the inventory is impeccable and safe at all times.
• Ensure the surveillance of the entire property, the property of the establishment and ensure the maintenance of order (noise / party)
• Ensure tranquility in all common areas (parking lot, lobby, terrace, pool, hallways, etc.)
• Receipt and management of complaints.
• Provide excellent customer service to all tenants and visitors 24/7
• Caring for people with special needs
• Assist the Property Manager with any administrative tasks requested
• Must provide a detailed shift report for the manager (by email)
• Perform other related duties

• Have a team spirit and a strong desire for customer service
• The person must have a neat presentation
• To be punctual
• Honest, responsible, diligent, and showing a great sense of leadership
• Good physical shape
• Sense of judgment and leadership
• Be available between 8 p.m. and 3 a.m.
• Available between Wednesday and Sunday

• Minimum experience of 2 years as a concierge in a high‑end environment or in the hotel industry
• Secondary 5
• Courses in safety, an asset
