Lead the Groups Operations team at Air Canada Vacations in Montreal, Quebec. Focus on optimizing sales, enhancing service standards, and building customer service excellence.

In this permanent, full-time position, you'll drive strategies while managing and mentoring team members. Your responsibilities include establishing performance targets, maintaining high customer service levels, and ensuring effective communication across departments. Your leadership expertise will enhance team training and implement best practices to meet and exceed company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the Groups department for maximum sales

• Establish performance targets and measurements for the team

• Demonstrate leadership in customer service excellence

• Produce reports tracking team performance and market trends

• Negotiate solutions to travel issues and liaise with partners

Requirements:

• University or College diploma in Tourism or personnel management

• Minimum 5 years in tourism industry operations

• Bilingual in English and French

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
