Position: Concierge Role in Skyservice Aviation
Location: Dorval

Become a Concierge at Skyservice and provide exceptional service to passengers and flight crews in our aviation hub.

Your role focuses on facilitating smooth arrivals, departures, and support logistics with a service-oriented attitude.

You will maintain close communication with team members to ensure seamless service delivery, manage transportation arrangements, and assist with catering needs. This role demands the ability to perform under pressure while keeping customer service and safety at its core, ensuring all areas are clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with Front Desk and Lineservice teams

• Assist with baggage handling and valet parking

• Conduct regular checks for safety and cleanliness

• Oversee courtesy shuttle operations

• Deliver requested items to aircraft as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in customer service, aviation preferred

• Class 5 driver’s license required

• Flexibility to work various shifts

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
