Urgo Hotels Canada recherche un(e) hôte(sse) d’accueil au Renaissance Montréal Centre-ville pour accueillir les clients, enregistrer leur arrivée et expliquer les services de l’hôtel, notamment le programme Marriott Bonvoy.
Le candidat idéal maîtrise le français et l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit, possède d’excellentes aptitudes en communication et peut travailler sous pression tout en garantissant un service client de haut niveau. Une expérience en hôtellerie est souhaitée.
