This role involves assisting with the setup and breakdown of banquet rooms according to specific plans while providing excellent food and beverage service during events. A strong focus on organization and cleanliness within work areas is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms with tables, linens, and equipment

• Serve food and beverages during events to guests

• Clear and restore rooms post-event efficiently

• Maintain compliance with safety and hygiene protocols

• Assist with the transport of event materials and equipment

Requirements:

• Experience in events or food service preferred

• Excellent reliability and customer service focus

• Physically capable of lifting 30 to 50 pounds

• Flexible availability for shifts including weekends

• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
