The Maintenance Attendant performs all tasks related to the maintenance and repair of the hotel’s facilities. Through the quality of their work and proactive approach, they help ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the hotel’s guests.

• Conduct regular inspections throughout the hotel to identify potential issues and determine maintenance and repair priorities.
• Inform the team leader of any significant problems requiring intervention and recommend an appropriate action plan.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and other hotel departments, ensuring thorough follow-up.
• Complete required repairs effectively and in a timely manner to minimize any negative impact on guests.
• Take the necessary steps to arrange repairs when they cannot be completed independently.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks according to the schedule established by hotel management.
• Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations and procedures.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

• Training in building maintenance or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in building maintenance.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Good communication skills in both French and English, both spoken and written.
