Elevate customer experiences as the Lead Lounge Agent at Aspire International Lounge, YUL. If you are passionate about hospitality and excel in a dynamic airport environment, Swissport wants you.
In this supervisory role, you will manage lounge operations and ensure high service standards. The ideal candidate will oversee check-in processes, maintain buffet supplies, and respond to guest requests. You will coordinate daily activities and guide Lounge Agents to uphold a welcoming atmosphere for all travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service in the lounge
• Greet guests and highlight lounge amenities
• Verify guest eligibility for lounge access
• Coordinate daily activities for efficient operations
• Monitor and restock inventory as needed
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Available 40 hours weekly; flexible with shifts
• Strong French and English communication skills
• Relevant customer service experience is essential
• Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
