We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter (English/French) to support our growing staffing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, client coordination, and candidate management while effectively communicating in both English and French.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced staffing environment and has a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for general labor, warehouse, production, and office roles

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking

  • Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews in English and French

  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications

  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates

  • Prepare job offers, onboarding documents, and employment contracts

  • Maintain and update candidate records in ATS/CRM systems (Job Diva or similar)

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for ongoing hiring needs

  • Follow up with candidates regarding job status and placements

  • Client Coordination
  • Communicate with clients to understand staffing requirements

  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress

  • Ensure client satisfaction and timely fulfillment of job orders

  • Support business development and client relationship management

  • Compliance & Administration
  • Ensure all hiring documentation and employment standards are met

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate information and placements

  • Support onboarding and orientation of new hires

  • Assist with reporting and recruitment tracking

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required

  • Previous experience in recruitment or staffing agency preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Job Diva preferred)
