As a Senior Recruiter – Candidate Delivery
, you’ll partner with Account Managers to support active searches across Canada. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, interviewing, and managing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Source candidates using direct outreach, cold calling, Linked In, and database search
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments
- Manage candidate pipelines for multiple active roles simultaneously
- Present qualified candidates to Account Managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the CRM
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process
- Act as a trusted point of contact for candidates during active searches
- Conduct candidate reference
- Present, negotiate and close candidate employment offers
- Robust CRM with 70,000+ candidate records across 5 provinces
- Pre-built sourcing lists, org charts, and candidate contact information
- Defined, proven recruitment processes and delivery workflows
- Recruitment templates and tools for efficiency and consistency
- Training, mentorship, and leadership support from industry veterans
- Marketing, branding, and administrative support
- A collaborative, accountable, and results-driven team environment
- 4+ years of agency recruitment experience (delivery or 360 background)
- Strong candidate sourcing and management skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches in fast-paced environments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven
- Excellent communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
