Dans le cadre de ton stage, tu devras :
Participer à l'accueil et l'intégration des nouveaux employés
Collaborer à la gestion et au suivi des formations
Contribuer aux projets en santé et sécurité au travail
Participer à l'organisation d'événements d'entreprise
Soutenir l'équipe dans diverses tâches administratives
Le stage nécessite d'être présent en personne à notre usine de Drummondville.
Étudiant(e) en ressources humaines, administration ou domaine connexe
Expérience pertinente en administration
Expérience dans un milieu manufacturier, un atout
Sens de l'organisation et des priorités
Excellentes aptitudes en communication
Leadership et autonomie
Capacité à travailler sous pression
