Summary:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will participate in the complete recruitment cycle for the different business units of the company and for various positions. In addition, you will be responsible for developing & executing initiatives that will benefit our employer brand through the various communication channels aimed at attracting the best candidates.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full cycle of the recruitment process for any position type within the company including internal movements
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies
  • Advise & influence managers in the search for talent for their team (understanding the market, coaching on good interview practices, etc.)
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Represent the company in recruitment events to attract the best talent in the industry (educational institutions, job fairs, networking, on site, cocktails, etc.)
  • Maintain an active network of potential candidates for current and future needs
  • Develop alliances with external partners in order to diversify our candidate attraction methods
  • Contribute to the improvement and standardization of processes related to recruitment including cycle time and participate in special projects
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and contribute to the evolution of the employer brand as well as promote it.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or industrial relations, combined with 5 to 7 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, to communicate with candidates & hiring managers located outside province and internationally as well as with external partners
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – customer focus.
  • Creative mind and have a curiosity for new trends.
  • Knowledge of various recruitment platforms
  • Experience and skilled in Sourcing with Linked In Recruiter (asset).
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities while respecting deadlines.
  • Strong sense for planning and optimizing processes.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, initiative and rigor.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to find creative solutions to problems.
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint (Intranet).
  • CRHA title, an asset.
