$160,000–$190,000 CAN Base + 60% Bonus
We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual HR leader to serve as the senior HR executive for a 1000 employee Jumbo Food & Beverage non-union manufacturing facility in Canada, supporting end-to-end Supply Chain Operations while reporting into Corporate HR in the United States.

The Opportunity
This role is more than plant HR leadership — it is strategic ownership of people and culture for Canadian Supply Chain Operations.
As the on-site HR leader, you will:
Lead HR strategy for a large, multi-shift manufacturing workforce
Support and influence senior plant and supply chain leadership
Drive cultural transformation in a highly matrixed global environment
Manage and develop a team of approximately 10 hourly and salaried HR professionals
Serve as the bridge between Canadian operations and U.S. Corporate HR
You will operate at both strategic and operational levels — shaping workforce strategy while staying close to plant realities.
What You Will Lead
Strategic HR Partnership
Serve as a trusted advisor to Plant Leadership and Supply Chain executives
Align workforce strategy with operational goals and productivity targets
Navigate a global matrix while advocating for Canadian operations
Canadian Labor & Compliance Expertise
Ensure full compliance with Canadian federal and provincial labor regulations
Lead employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations
Partner effectively with union and non-union populations as applicable
Supply Chain & Manufacturing HR Leadership
Drive workforce planning for large-scale, 24/7 manufacturing operations
Support succession planning and leadership development across plant & end-to-end supply chain operations
Champion change management initiatives tied to operational transformation
People & Team Leadership
Lead and develop a team of ~10 HR professionals (hourly & salaried)
Elevate HR capability, accountability, and business partnership skills
Foster a high-performance, people-first culture
Data & Operational Insight
Leverage analytics and HR systems (Workday, Kronos, etc.) to inform decisions
Drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and workforce stability
Ideal Profile
We are looking for a leader who brings:
8–15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
Experience supporting large-scale Fortune 500 manufacturing environments
Strong exposure to CPG or Food & Beverage manufacturing preferred
Demonstrated success within global matrix-led organizations
Deep understanding of Canadian labor law and compliance requirements
Experience supporting complex Supply Chain operations
Proven leadership managing and developing HR teams
Fluent French & English (written and verbal) — required
You are strategic but operational.
Comfortable influencing executives while staying connected to frontline teams.
