More than 8 years of experience in human resources.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development (Master’s degree in OD is an asset).Member of the CRHA Order.Strategic mindset and strong analytical skills.Experience managing complex HR projects and supporting managers.Influential leadership, excellent communication skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a changing environment.
