Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Human Resources Management), Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or equivalent.Over 10 years of relevant HR experience.Member of the CRHA or CRIA Order.Experience managing strategic HR projects and the ability to turn business challenges into concrete actions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
