We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Human Resources Manager to provide strategic leadership and governance of the firm’s Human Resources function.
This role is responsible for aligning people strategies, policies, and practices with the firm’s mission and business objectives, while ensuring consistency and excellence across all HR operations. Responsibilities Define, own, and continuously evolve the firm's people strategy in alignment with business objectives, mission, and ethical standards.
Qualifications 5 + years' experience in a similar role within an international organization.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
Knowledge and expertise in HRM, HRD.
Sound knowledge of American and Canadian employment legislation.
Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
Ability to multi task.
Excellent conflict resolution skills as well as judgment and decision making competency.
Ability to plan strategically and ensure firm's mission and vision is adhered to.
Base salary of CAD 80 - 100k per year depending on experience.
