Talent Consultant Freelance Position

Engage as a freelance Consultant in talent management with a prominent bank in downtown Montreal.

Your role will focus on recruitment excellence, utilizing Workday and strong sourcing skills.

This is a freelance position with a commitment of 35 hours weekly over six months, including three days each week spent at the client's office. Candidates should offer demonstrated experience in sourcing and recruitment, effective bilingual communication, and should be ready to start immediately. The role is critical for enhancing talent acquisition strategies in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive recruitment strategies and candidate sourcing

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in successful recruitment techniques
