Position: HR Business Partner with MDA Space
Location: Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

MDA Space is hiring a Human Resources Business Partner in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec, focused on strategic HR initiatives. Ideal for candidates with strong relationship-building abilities and a consultative mindset.

In this full-time on-site role, you will be integral to driving HR strategies within MDA’s Satellite Systems hub. Collaborate closely with business and union leaders to tackle complex people-related challenges and implement innovative solutions. Five years of HR experience and bilingual communication are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address client group HR needs

• Work proactively with leadership on operational strategies

• Provide comprehensive guidance on HR issues

• Build effective relationships with union leadership

• Develop positive labor relations and employee engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in HR, with a focus on Business Partnering

• Bilingual in French and English

• Solid grasp of labor laws in Quebec

• Proven ability in relationship and conflict management

• Experience managing in a dynamic, high-growth environment
