Become an essential part of our Human Resources team as a Hybrid Intern. Contribute to talent acquisition, employee retention initiatives, and HR reporting in a supportive environment.

This 8-month internship focuses on vital HR functions like requisitions and talent reviews. You will support immigration cases and headcount tracking while providing recommendations for process improvements. Ideal candidates are pursuing a relevant bachelor’s degree and possess strong Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support talent acquisition and requisition openings

• Participate in talent review and promotion cycle processes

• Gather documentation for immigration cases

• Track and report on headcount and HR metrics

• Recommend optimization for HR reporting processes

Requirements:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities

• Organized, thorough, and positive attitude
