As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate with the Senior Director HR and branch heads to meet HR needs tailored to organizational priorities. You'll coach executives and employees on HR policies while enhancing team effectiveness and organizational structure. This strategic role requires adept problem-solving skills to address complex workforce challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to identify HR needs and strategies

• Coach management on HR policies and employee life cycle

• Advise on team effectiveness and organizational design

• Lead HR projects and propose solutions for business goals

• Counsel on sensitive performance and disciplinary issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

• Bilingual in English and French
