This managerial role requires strong HR expertise with over ten years of experience. You will collaborate with leaders to implement effective policies, drive talent acquisition, and promote employee development. Your leadership will be vital in analyzing HR metrics and optimizing workplace strategies for enhanced productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies with senior leadership

• Provide strategic HR guidance based on organizational goals

• Oversee talent acquisition and workforce planning activities

• Conduct employee relations activities, including conflict mediation

• Recruit, train, and evaluate the HR team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 10+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in supervision

• Professional HR Designation (PHR, SPHR, etc.)

• Advanced English;
French/Spanish preferred

• Strong understanding of HR disciplines and trends
