Your role will encompass advising executives on policies, guiding management through HR challenges, and leading projects that support business goals. Collaborate with top management to shape effective human resources capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with management to assess HR needs

• Guide executives in applying HR policies effectively

• Advise on efficiency, organizational design, and team structures

• Lead HR projects and provide strategic recommendations

• Support business units in succession planning and risk minimization

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field

• At least five years of HR professional experience

• Strong communication and project management skills

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Ability to forge relationships with management levels
