Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruitment processes and team operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or Business

• 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English

• Management experience preferred

• Strong understanding of labor market trends
