This role calls for a strategic thinker who can lead the design of globally consistent leave policies. Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will ensure program compliance while integrating seamlessly with Workday and payroll functions, enhancing the overall experience for Clions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create a cohesive global policy for leave programs
• Benchmark against leading market standards for best practices
• Oversee parental and disability leave program designs
• Partner with legal and payroll for compliance validation
• Develop user-friendly resources and training materials
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in global benefits management
• In-depth knowledge of leave regulations across North America and Europe
• Proven track record in managing complex projects
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
• Experience in a tech-driven, dynamic work environment
