Support the National Ready Mixed Concrete Company as a Human Resources Generalist in California. This role emphasizes FMLA leave management, employee development, and adherence to HR regulations.

As an HR Generalist, you will assist in the administration of HR operations while focusing on employee training, record management, and compliance with California employment regulations. Your partnership with leaders will help strengthen workforce capabilities and maintain detailed HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist employees and supervisors with employee relations issues

• Administer various leave programs, including FMLA and ADA

• Oversee the management of leave processes and documentation

• Facilitate onboarding and training programs for staff

• Ensure HR records are confidential, compliant, and audit-ready

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• 3-5+ years in an HR Generalist role

• Strong understanding of FMLA, ADA, and California labor laws

• Experience delivering training programs and managing leave

• Skilled in HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
