Position: Founding Recruiter for LanceDB

Embark on a pivotal role as a founding recruiter at LanceDB, a leader in AI-native technology. You'll create and refine processes to attract top talent remotely across the U.S. and beyond.

As a founding recruiter, you'll partner with LanceDB's leadership to define our hiring strategy and attract exceptional talent across engineering, product, and sales roles. This role is crucial for building a world-class recruiting function while enhancing the candidate experience through innovative processes. You will lead initiatives that empower the recruitment strategy for a fast-growing, open-source-first startup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and standardize the end-to-end hiring process

• Optimize recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems

• Ensure a great candidate experience across all stages

• Source candidates through outreach and industry events

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements

Requirements:

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in startups

• Proven track record in enhancing hiring processes

• Experience with ATS and AI recruiting tools

• Skilled in sourcing high-caliber technical talent

• Ability to work in a remote-native environment
