Become a key player at AtkinsRéalis as a Labour Relations Manager, focusing on strategic workplace culture and effective employer-union relations within the engineering sector.

In this role, you will report to the Vice President and engage closely with management and HR. Your expertise will help shape collective agreements and facilitate complex grievance processes while advocating for innovative union-management strategies. You'll deliver training sessions and prepare analytical reports to enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employer-union relationships through strategic facilitation

• Advise on collective agreement administration

• Resolve complex grievances and lead arbitrations

• Support proactive collaboration with stakeholders

• Provide labor relations training as needed

Requirements:

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Canada Labour Code

• Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving ability

• Proven experience in grievance management

• Strong communication capabilities across various levels

• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks
