Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Alan Allman Associates’ ERP Division, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our leading entities:
Gurus Solutions, Teccweb, and EC Solutions. Working in direct, close partnership with our hiring managers, you will identify, attract, and recruit top technology consulting talent across Quebec, English Canada, and the United States.

• Collaborate directly with managers to define precise recruitment needs and establish targeted attraction strategies.
• Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to the final offer.
• Conduct active sourcing on social media, primarily via Linked In Recruiter.
• Deliver an optimal, seamless, and personalized candidate experience throughout their journey.
• Maintain and expand the talent pipeline to meet the future hiring needs of our three entities.
• Work in close collaboration with other members of the recruitment team.
• Actively participate in employer branding and talent attraction initiatives in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Prepare all necessary onboarding documentation for new hires.
• Propose innovative solutions to address recruitment challenges across our various markets.

• 3 to 7 years of IT recruitment experience, ideally within professional services/consulting.
• Knowledge of the ERP sector is an asset.
• Full bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written (essential for serving Canadian and U.S. markets).
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and work in direct proximity with hiring managers.
• Strong command of Linked In Recruiter and candidate search tools.
• Strong service orientation, rigor, autonomy, and sharp attention to detail.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS is an asset.
