In this pivotal role, you will consult with HR leaders and implement effective compensation programs. You will oversee job evaluations and ensure program compliance with compensation legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and administer competitive compensation programs
• Collaborate on job evaluations and maintain supporting documents
• Monitor industry trends and legislative changes
• Lead compensation-related projects to meet business needs
• Participate in salary surveys and analyze data
Requirements:
• Five-plus years’ experience in compensation roles
• Strong discretion and integrity with sensitive information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• Bilingual in English and French
