On a day-to-day basis, the candidate will represent a diversified clientele, including individuals and businesses, in cases involving both residential and commercial real estate law.

YOUR ROLE:

• Analyze, draft and revise various legal documents related to real estate transactions (deeds of sale, mortgages, title transfers, co-ownership, etc.);

• Conduct in-depth title examinations for residential and commercial real estate;

• Participate in transaction closings and work directly with clients;

• Maintain organized documentation of transactions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in law;

• Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in notarial practice and title searches;

• Ability to work independently and manage several transactions simultaneously;

• Excellent oral and written bilingualism (French and English);

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;

• Thoroughness, attention to detail, autonomy and proactivity.
