Organize and lead all branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and customs regulationsManage and develop branch staff through hiring, training, and performance managementMonitor branch performance, take corrective action as necessary, and drive towards revenue goalsOversee customs entries, duty payments, and ensure the timely clearance of inbound cargoProvide exceptional customer service by responding to client calls and emails and addressing concernsAudit entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs requirementsSupport business development efforts and participate in client visits as neededKeep the team informed of regulatory changes and ensure appropriate training is providedConduct regular staff meetings to maintain communication and alignment within the branchProvide after-hours assistance to staff and clients as requiredWhat You'll Bring
A valid Customs Brokerage LicenseA high school diploma or equivalent5-10 years of customs brokerage experienceStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop staffExcellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on meeting deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant softwareThe ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple prioritiesJoin Our Team
