Location: Drummondville
Join TST-CF Express as a Dock Operations Manager in Toronto. Drive high-volume dock efficiency while fostering a commitment to employee safety and team growth.
In this critical full-time role, you’ll oversee docking operations at our Toronto terminal, focusing on achieving efficiency and safety goals. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead your team, maintain equipment, and ensure on-time load processing. Your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely outbound and inbound load processing
• Lead a team aligned with operational goals and safety
• Monitor dock processes for quality assurance
• Report daily KPIs and dock activities
• Maintain effective communication across departments
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of management experience in transportation
• Experience with LTL operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude and integrity
• Familiarity with Toronto’s GTA is advantageous
