Ramp Service Manager at WestJet

Lead ramp operations at West Jet in YUL with a focus on safety and performance metrics. This role emphasizes effective leadership and guest experience while managing all below-the-wing activities.

West Jet is looking for a Ramp Service Manager to report to the Regional Manager s role requires 3-5 years of airline operations experience and 3+ years of leadership expertise. You will oversee aircraft and baggage movements, while ensuring compliance with all safety and security standards, allowing you to create a positive environment for both guests and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily ramp operations including baggage and aircraft movement

• Ensure effective leadership of below-the-wing activities

• Monitor aircraft movements and develop proactive solutions

• Provide guidance on IROP activities with Hub Control Centre

• Conduct daily shift briefings with the Airport's team

Requirements:

• 3-5 years airline operations experience

• 3+ years leadership experience

• Valid driver's license and ability for AVOP

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including Power BI
