In this integral position, you will guide engineers, technologists, and technicians in designing and implementing fire protection systems. You will also actively engage in business development initiatives, collaborating on proposals and strategic planning across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of fire protection projects

• Support business development initiatives and proposal writing

• Mentor and lead a dedicated team of engineers and staff

• Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes and project standards

• Provide technical support during construction activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in engineering or fire protection technology

• Minimum 10 years of experience in fire protection engineering

• Proven supervisory and mentoring skills

• AutoCAD or Revit knowledge is a plus

• Willingness to travel occasionally for project needs
