You will play a crucial role in developing the sales team's capabilities while auditing BDR tools and ensuring optimal performance. This full-time position in Ontario allows you to contribute significantly to pipeline generation and build a coaching culture that elevates future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement scalable BDR playbooks
• Drive pipeline generation and lead conversion strategies
• Manage and enhance the BDR tech stack
• Provide structured onboarding and 1:1 coaching
• Partner with leadership on vertical strategy
Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience in BDR or inside sales
• Demonstrated ability to build BDR processes
• Expertise in Salesforce and sales engagement tools
• Strong dedication to coaching and developing talent
• Ability to analyze pipeline and conversion metrics
