Responsibilities Strategic planning and execution to improve store profitability, productivity, and efficiency.
Increase business by building relationships with new and existing customers.
Manage P&L, achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual performance objectives; analyze reports to identify and solve issues.
Collaborate with internal departments to support promotions and marketing campaigns.
Maintain service level agreements, handle customer complaints, and pursue customers as needed.
Complete monthly internal store audits and participate in senior leadership audits.
Determine staffing requirements, improve utilization, and manage payroll costs.
Maintain strict inventory controls and conduct cycle and full inventory counts to minimize shrinkage.
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and profitability.
Coordinate facility maintenance, SOP execution, security, and distribution of goods.
Ensure housekeeping, branding, merchandising, safety, health, and environmental compliance.
Support collection of accounts receivable for store customers.
Recruit, hire, onboard, train, motivate, and manage high‑performing team performance.
Coach, mentor, and retain knowledgeable staff.
Ensure compliance with provincial legislation and company policies.
Sell and support a diversified product line via phone, fax, email, and in‑store, promoting private brands and eCommerce channels.
Develop industry expertise to understand local market trends, customer opportunities, and competition.
Schedule workforce to meet business and customer needs.
Qualifications Previous store management experience.
General business acumen, including understanding of P&Ls, key drivers, and reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Valid driver’s license.
