Responsibilities
To plan, organize, direct and control all operations within the service area of the Ramp or small volume facility/Station in a way that provides maximum service to customers while maintaining a safe, secure and cost effective operation. Responsible for all budgetary, people development and operational objectives for the Station and Ramp operations. Responsible for the overall safety, security, quality, performance and customer experience of Station and Ramp operations.
Qualifications
Four (4) years Business experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A)/equivalent
Four (4) years Business experience including one (1) year in direct management of employees, their performance and operational leadership
The one (1) year direct management of employees and their performance must be within the past four (4) years.
Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record
If an internal hire: must currently be a member of Fed Ex management or EXCEL/LEAP endorsed
