As the General Manager and Director of Wellness, you will oversee clinical operations and ensure exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership for overall retirement residence operations
• Lead clinical, wellness, and hospitality teams effectively
• Manage staffing, performance, and employee engagement
• Ensure budget monitoring and operational efficiency
• Promote luxury hospitality and dignity in resident care
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in Retirement Living or Healthcare Operations
• Strong knowledge of RHRA standards and legislation
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and day-to-day operations
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Passion for resident-centered care and experience enhancement
