In this role, you will manage various QA projects under the guidance of a QA Manager, ensuring effective communication between clients and testing teams. Collaborate with the QA Lead to create comprehensive test plans, monitor team performance, and address any challenges that arise. Your insights will be integral to improving team processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of QA projects
• Act as a liaison between clients and testing teams
• Resolve unexpected challenges effectively
• Support team in improving workflow processes
• Plan and adjust project tests to meet requirements
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of project management experience
• Video game industry experience preferred
• Bilingual (English and French)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Mastery of MS Office Suite
